  • Broadbent’s hickory smoked bacon (added by me)
  • Brisket and short rib beef patty
  • Ancho chile-tomato jam
  • Served with Belgian frites – beef fat fried fries seasoned with hops salt
  • Side of garlic parmesan aioli
  • Side of dragon hot sauce
